Calming My Monkey Mind

With everything life throws at me, I’ve found one thing that really helps calm my monkey mind: meditation.

I was fortunate to discover a sanctuary in Jakarta called Rumah Remedi. They offer free meditation sessions, both online and in person, every Tuesday evening. It’s called Kelas Dharma Selasa Selaras, and the vibe is super peaceful.

What I’ve realized is that sometimes it’s better to stop pushing so hard and just let things flow. Slowing down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with some inner calm has made a big difference for me.

When I let life unfold naturally, good things often follow. So, I’m learning to let go, trust the process, and let God take the lead.
